Job summary
Homewood Living Plum Creek in Hanover is seeking a Groundskeeper for the day shift. This part-time role maintains the campus grounds, including mowing turf, trimming walkways, pruning beds, and keeping areas neat and safe for residents and staff.

Qualifications
- Familiar with operating all grounds equipment.
- Ability to perform routine maintenance on grounds equipment.
- Able to lift and carry at least 70 pounds.
- Outdoor work in varying weather.
- Good judgment, independent, follow directions.
- Stand/walk for an eight-hour shift.
- Understand written and oral instructions.
Responsibilities
- Mows turf areas and trims walkways.
- Mulch beds and prune plants as directed.
- Maintain and repair grounds equipment.
- Spray herbicides/pesticides under supervision.
- Snow removal per snow plan.
- Cottage trash pickup.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
