Job summary

Alverno Heights Academy is seeking a Maintenance Team Assistant to support grounds and facilities. The role operates under the Facilities Manager to keep the campus clean, safe, and orderly in accordance with OSHA standards.

The position is part-time with potential to transition to full-time, and requires outdoor work in various weather conditions. Expect duties ranging from lawn care to event setup and general site maintenance.

Qualifications

• Experience with groundskeeping and basic landscape tasks.
• Good communication and ability to follow instructions.
• Willingness to perform outdoor work in all weather.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping, including sweeping and blowing leaves and clippings.
• Clean offices and site areas; empty trash; clean windows.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of campus events, including tables, chairs, podiums, furniture, equipment, etc.
