Responsibilities

• Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions to meet production, delivery and service schedules.
• Serves meals or prepares for delivery by using correct portioning and ensuring proper temperatures and presentation.
• Maintains cleanliness and safe handling; stores or discards excess food per standards.
• Assists in ordering and receiving of food and supplies; contributes to production planning and record keeping.
