Big Orange Grill on the University of Tennessee Campus in Knoxville is hiring Grill Cook / Line Cook. Earn $17.00–$19.00 per hour with part-time or full-time options. You’ll work grill and fry stations, cook to ticket, and help the kitchen run smoothly during rush times.

Positions available include Line Cook, Grill Cook, Fry Cook, Prep Cook, and Dishwasher. The role offers on-campus location, scheduling around classes, cross-training across stations, and internal promotion opportunities.

Qualifications

• Dependability: you show up on time and ready.
• Composure when tickets stack up.
• Ability to stand, move, and lift throughout your shift.
• Kitchen experience is a plus, not required. Training provided.

Responsibilities

• Run grill, fry, or prep stations through a full service.
• Hit temps, timing, and portion standards on every ticket.
• Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation standards.
