• Proficient verbal communication.
• Ability to move or lift up to 35 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist front desk staff with administrative tasks.
• Monitor building access and maintain confidentiality.
• Answer desk phones professionally.
• Assist residents with work orders and check in/out loan keys.
• Uphold residence hall and university policies; adhere to schedule and dress code.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.
