Qualifications

• Prior supervisory experience preferred.
• Experience in high-volume food-service operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates activities of other food-service employees.
• Oversees preparation and service of food/beverage items to standards.
• Helps plan menus and ensures timely meal service.
• Trains employees and coordinates work assignments.
• Maintains daily/weekly/monthly reports including inventory and payroll.
• Handles cash and deposits per policy.
• Directs sanitation and safety practices and schedules.
• Responds to customer concerns promptly.
