Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is required.
• Previous supervisor experience is preferred.
• Full-time and part-time availability may be required depending on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the activities of associates during a shift and ensure duties are completed per policy.
• Provide training and create work schedules for staff.
• Evaluate performance, reward high performers, and address underperformance.
• Prepare production or sales reports and monitor quality, productivity and safety.
• Serve as the contact person for employee requests and time-off.
• Mentor staff and encourage advancement within the organization.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
