Chartwells Higher Ed on the University of Wisconsin: River Falls campus is hiring for a full-time Food Service Worker. The role includes preparing and serving food, maintaining clean work areas, and upholding safety standards on site at 501 Wild Rose Avenue, River Falls, WI.

We offer a fixed pay rate of $15.50 per hour, with benefits for full-time staff. No prior experience required though preferred; schedule varies and applications are accepted ongoing.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations.
• Stores food with proper dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner.
• Ensures sanitation, safety and compliance with company standards.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
