Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services seeks food service workers for Boise State with immediate openings for full-time and part-time roles. The position involves prep, presentation, and serving of food, customer service, and adherence to safety standards.

Pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00 per hour, with ongoing applications and opportunities to grow within a campus team. Responsibilities include meal prep, stock, serving customers, and maintaining sanitation.

Formación

• Prior experience in food running and customer service in a restaurant setting.

Responsabilidades

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work such as washing, peeling, cutting and seeding fruits and vegetables.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans, kettles and trays of food to and from work stations, stove and refrigerator in accordance with safety standards.
• Stores food in designated areas following wrapping, dating, food safety and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Distributes supplies, utensils and portable equipment.
• Serves customers in a friendly, efficient manner following outlined steps of service.
• Resolves customer concerns and relays relevant information to supervisor.
