Job summary

Aramark is hiring a Food Service Worker for Southern Arkansas University in Magnolia, AR. You will assist in food preparation, maintain records, and ensure sanitation and safety standards in a fast-paced kitchen.

Qualifications

• Food Service Certificate or equivalent may be required.
• Ability to read, write and follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of working quickly and concisely under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quality food and baked goods according to a planned menu.
• Prepare a daily report that verifies transactions.
• Understand what is inclusive of a meal.
• Ensure storage of food in an accurate and sanitary manner.
• Serve food according to meal schedules, department policies and procedures.
• Use and care of kitchen equipment, especially knives.
• Timely preparation of a variety of food items and beverages.
• Add garnishments to enhance presentation for customer happiness.
