Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Produce and maintain work schedules and may prepare production records.
• Direct daily activities and supervise staff.
• Maintain food safety and quality per policies and procedures.
• Store food items safely and organize the environment.
• Maintain serving schedules and ensure menu compliance.
• Train and mentor other food service workers.
• Promote good public relations and teamwork.
• Attend service meetings and communicate with staff as needed.
