Job summary

Aramark on campus is seeking a Student Food Services / Catering Worker to assist in food preparation and service while following safety standards. You’ll develop customer service and social skills under the guidance of dedicated leaders, with opportunities to learn on the job.

No extensive experience is required; candidates who are ready to be trailblazers will fit well. The role supports various client requirements and will close once a qualified candidate is selected.

Qualifications

• Prior experience is preferred but not required.
• Must have or acquire food safety certification.
• Demonstrates guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
• Properly stores food in accordance with standards
• Sets up workstations including prep tables and service counters
• Breaks down, cleans, and sanitizes workstations
• Serves food to customers while ensuring guest satisfaction
• Replenishes food items and ensures products are stocked
• Maintains excellent customer service and positive demeanor
• Adheres to Aramark safety policies and procedures including food safety and sanitation
• Ensures security of company assets
