Qualifications

• Previous food service experience preferred.
• Must have or obtain a food safety certification.
• Demonstrates guest service skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes.
• Stores food properly per standards.
• Sets up workstations and service counters.
• Breaks down and sanitizes workstations.
• Serves food while ensuring guest satisfaction.
• Replenishes items and maintains stock levels.
• Maintains excellent customer service and demeanor.
• Adheres to safety policies and uses PPE as required.
