Responsibilities

• Prepares, presents and serves food as needed.
• Performs prep work: washing, peeling, cutting and seeding produce.
• Weighs and measures designated ingredients.
• Carries pans and trays to and from work stations following safety standards.
• Stores food with proper wrapping, dating and rotation procedures.
• Cleans work areas and equipment; assists with inventory and service.
