Job summary

You will conduct onboarding, present to campus groups, and leverage CRM tools and Microsoft Office to track progress, meeting membership and account goals while upholding compliance and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Undergraduate degree in Finance or Business preferred.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or sales; or involvement in campus organizations.
• 1 year experience with a financial institution preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to connect and build rapport with university populations.
• Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal engagement competencies.

Responsibilities

• Grow student membership and deepen campus relationships through consultative analysis.
• Provide exceptional in-person service to members at the on-campus branch.
• Conduct onboarding outreach and financial education to optimize membership.
• Meet or exceed targets for new memberships and account openings.
• Explain loan requirements and assess creditworthiness within policies.
• Develop campus promotion strategies and represent brand values on campus.
• Perform branch operations tasks, audits, and compliance activities as needed.
• Support financial wellness education for students, faculty, and staff.
