Job summary

Compass Group USA at Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY is hiring for full-time and part-time FAST FOOD FOOD SERVICE positions. Join a campus team on-site with mornings and mid-shifts, starting at $13.00 per hour and up to $14.00 per hour.

Prior food service experience is preferred, with opportunities for training, benefits and growth. As a team member you will greet guests, take orders, ensure accuracy, maintain safety standards, and support cash handling.

Qualifications

• Prior food service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and warmly.
• Take orders and relay to back-of-the-house staff.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of all menu items and ingredients.
• Communicates with staff to ensure orders are delivered correctly and any special requests are addressed.
• Interacts with customers and resolves complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Cooks fast-food items in compliance with safety standards.
• Performs light cleaning to maintain sanitation and safety standards.
• Keeps equipment and work area clean and organized.
• Performs sales transactions and handles cash with accuracy.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
