Qualifications

• 7 years of experience in construction and trades administration.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance operations for Facilities Maintenance Zones.
• Lead and supervise multi-trade corrective maintenance technicians.
• Manage work assignments and recruitment of maintenance staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Skills

Knowledge of a work order system and Microsoft office software

Knowledge of building systems, blueprints, CADD

Ability to manage and motivate people

Effective communication with customers and employees

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Building Science, Architecture, Engineering, Business, or related field
