WSU Tech is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support campus facilities, systems, and safety across multiple locations.

The role performs general maintenance, minor construction support, and responds to facility needs and emergencies; requires a high school diploma and valid driver's license.

This position starts on or after July 1, 2026, pays $19.50 per hour, and emphasizes reliable, independent work and good customer service.

Qualifications

• Perform general facility maintenance including plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC support, painting, and equipment repairs.
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies with safe, timely actions.
• Coordinate work across campus departments and manage service tickets and building access.

Responsibilities

• Perform general facility maintenance including basic plumbing, carpentry, electrical, HVAC support, painting, and equipment repairs.
• Support facility operations and projects, including minor construction buildouts and campus event logistics.
• Respond to maintenance requests and facility emergencies such as water leaks and weather-related issues.
• Manage and respond to facility service tickets and coordinate work across campus departments.
