Job summary

The Catholic Center is seeking a full-time Facilities Technician for Our Lady of Lourdes School in Raleigh, NC. The technician will provide essential repairs and maintenance ensuring a safe environment for students and visitors.

Key responsibilities include minor repairs, routine custodial duties, and maintaining facilities as well as outdoor systems. Ideal candidates will have at least two years of maintenance experience and a commitment to the Catholic faith and school mission.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years’ experience in maintenance or subcontracting.
• Knowledge of electrical, plumbing and heating maintenance.
• Understanding of OSHA and environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Perform minor repairs to building systems on campus.
• Inspect campus buildings for maintenance needs.
• Perform preventive maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Maintain outdoor systems and clean campus grounds.
