Job summary

California Western School of Law is seeking a reliable Maintenance Team Member I or II to keep the campus safe, functional and welcoming. The role involves independent task completion, moves, events, and day porter duties across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and painting, with on-the-job learning for entry level and more responsibility for II.

Two levels are available with $18.00–$23.00 per hour compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–4 years of related maintenance experience preferred depending on level.
• Ability to read and understand specifications and use basic hand tools.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and semi-skilled maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and grounds care.
• Assist with moves, event setups and breakdowns, and day porter duties.
• Complete service requests, maintain safety practices, and participate in required safety trainings.
