Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, project management or construction technology.
• Two years’ experience as a superintendent, or construction/field coordinator/manager on capital projects.
• Valid driver’s license or ability to obtain, and driver’s check required.
• Ability to communicate effectively and contribute as part of a team.
• Familiar with project management software (Microsoft Project or Procore) and other office software.
• Familiar with AIA construction contracts and related processes (RFI, change orders, OSHA, etc.).
• Ability to coordinate multiple construction projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee facilities management projects from small renovations to complex construction.
• Coordinate cost estimates for relocations and capital replacements.
• Supervise external consultants and contractors and communicate with stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with plans and specifications and keep projects on schedule and within budget.
• Promote safety in the field and a collaborative work environment.
