Job summary

Qualifications

• Six years of relevant experience including two years in a management position.
• Possession of APPA EFP or CEFP certification is preferred.
• Experience in a collective bargaining environment is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance staff for the Stockton and Turlock campuses.
• Administer service, supply, and maintenance contracts.
• Plan and oversee renovation and new equipment installation projects.
