The ideal candidate will hold a bachelor’s degree in facilities management or a related field and have extensive supervisory experience with custodial operations, strong safety and compliance knowledge, and proven

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in facilities management, business administration, public administration, or related field; five years of progressively responsible supervisory or management experience in custodial operations.
• Extensive experience supervising collective bargaining agreement employees.
• Ability to plan, organize, and evaluate custodial services; manage multiple priorities; and maintain a safe residential environment.

• Oversee daily activities of Custodial Services for Housing and Residential Engagement.
• Lead and motivate a diverse staff; ensure safety and high-quality service.
• Participate in leadership and organizational development activities; assist with budget and staffing decisions.
