Qualifications

• Four years of progressively responsible experience under supervision of journey level trades persons in two or more major building or mechanical trades.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and modify plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and paint work.
• Train part-time laborers, student workers and subordinate staff.
• Coordinate and effectively prioritize workload; manage work orders using Jira.
• Build, set up and move furniture; install toilets, sinks, drywall, and window coverings.
• Communicate with clients to determine needs and work safely per institutional policy.
