Aramark Facilities Management in Laguna Beach, California is hiring a Maintenance Worker / Facilities Maintenance Technician to support an art college campus across multiple facilities. This role maintains approximately 15 buildings, ensuring safety, appearance, and functionality through preventative maintenance and timely repairs.

The position operates Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, with hands-on maintenance tasks, troubleshooting, and coordination with staff.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in a skilled trade or maintenance field.
Must be at least 21 years old.
Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, bend, climb, stand and walk throughout the day.
Reliable transportation to a remote campus location.

Responsibilities

Perform routine building maintenance and repairs across approximately 15 campus buildings and 6 locations.
Troubleshoot facility issues and identify practical solutions to maintain safe and functional operations.
Complete preventative maintenance on building systems, fixtures, doors, windows, hardware, and equipment.
Respond to maintenance service requests from faculty, staff, and students in a timely manner.
Maintain appearance and functionality of campus facilities, grounds, and common areas.
Follow all safety procedures and use PPE when required.
