Qualifications

High School Equivalency diploma required.
No professional work experience required.
Criminal background check and fingerprinting required for hire.
General maintenance/grounds experience preferred.
Tools experience (hand & power) preferred.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Intermediate verbal and written communication skills required.

Responsibilities

Perform building maintenance tasks: cleaning, graffiti removal, wall patching & painting, minor electrical/plumbing/HVAC tasks.
Assist with setup/takedown for school activities and events.
Perform outdoor maintenance: sweeping, trash pickup, snow/ice removal, annual pressure washing.
Respond to service requests via radio/phone; may handle emergency biohazard cleanups.
Audit facilities and report maintenance needs.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
