JOB SUMMARY
The Campus Facilities Manager prepares the TPCC buildings as outstanding environments for people attending one of our campuses. This is done by creating and maintaining a clean, safe, inviting, and purposeful campus environment that accelerate the vision and mission of TPCC, to remove all unnecessary barriers for those attending services at any TPCC campus.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Serve as direct supervisor to a team of Facilities Assistants.
- Lead campus-specific volunteers under guidance of Assistant Facilities Director.
DUTIES/PRIMARY JOB PRODUCTS
- Maintain a competent, dependable, personable, and ministry-minded team.
- Attend appropriate meetings within TPCC staff
- Complete understanding of custodial chemicals, chemical safety, and usage.
- Ensure appropriate opening and closing procedures to ensure the building is unlocked and locked in preparation of building usage
- Oversee and procure inventory of supplies and consumables
- Oversee procurement and maintenance of campus-spec equipment
- Manage campus-specific vendor relationships with oversight from Facilities Director
- Manage campus-specific work tickets
- Oversee weekday setups and weekend setups
- Ensure campus is well-supported for weekend services (staff or volunteer lead)
- Perform other duties as required.

INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL RELATIONSHIPS
- This position reports directly to: Facilities Director.
- This position is a member of the Operations Department.
- This position leads staff Facilities Assistants and Facilities volunteers.
- This position may need to work with and coordinate with outside vendors.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES
- Must understand and align with TPCC in that maintaining outstanding environments is a ministry to our guests and outside groups.
- Strong collaborative team-building, conflict resolution, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead a team effectively.
- Thorough knowledge base of custodial functions, floor care, custodial chemicals, and safety.
- Able to coordinate and manage several projects simultaneously.
- Comfort with basic computer functions such as Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment, balance competing priorities and tight deadlines, work under pressure, and remain flexible.
- Must pass a background check.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- High school diploma required
- Experiencing managing a team and leading others
PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENTS
- Performing physical activities that require considerable use of arms and legs and moving the whole body.
- Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating things
- Ability to lift/carry, up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
- Physical mobility and endurance to perform tasks while standing/walking for long periods of time (60 minutes or more)
- Visual abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus
- The employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts, risk of electrical shock, and vibration.
- The employee is frequently exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
- The employee is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions; toxic or caustic chemicals; high, precarious places; and outside weather conditions.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low, except on Sundays where it could be moderate
