Job summary

This 12-month, full-time role requires lifting, working outside hours, snow removal, irrigation, and after-hours on-call support to keep classrooms, dorms, and athletic facilities ready for students and events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds, with or without accommodation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel and the ability to use other job-related software.
• Ability to work outside normal business hours, overtime as needed, and participate in an on-call rotation.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with Operations staff to maintain campus areas to high standards.
• Monitor access control and HVAC systems and respond to issues.
• Coordinate preventive maintenance and work by outside contractors.
• Perform snow removal for campus sidewalks.
• Schedule and maintain the campus irrigation system.
• Maintain school vehicles and ensure safe operation.
• Manage maintenance requests and respond promptly.
• Provide event support after hours and during on-site events.
• Assist with setup and teardown of equipment for campus events.
• Respond to emergency calls and participate in the on-call system.
• Participate in professional growth opportunities.
• Coordinate day-to-day work with Operations Department.
