Ashland University is seeking a Building Service Worker 3 to clean and maintain university facilities, including living spaces, dining areas, restrooms, classrooms and offices. You will replenish supplies, remove trash, and perform floor care and window cleaning as part of a maintenance team.

The role requires physical effort, ability to work in different spaces and temperatures, and reliable transportation. Start date and schedule align with campus needs; team-oriented applicants are preferred.

• Cleaning and maintaining living facilities, dining areas, laundry areas, restrooms, shower areas, classrooms and offices.

• Vacuuming and shampooing carpeted areas.
