Job summary

Erickson Senior Living's Brooksby Village in Peabody, MA is seeking a Senior Campus Executive Chef to provide strategic leadership for a multi-venue culinary program serving over 1,800 residents. You will oversee high-volume production across seven restaurants and four dining rooms, driving culinary excellence, safety, and hospitality.

You will partner with campus leadership to elevate dining experiences, manage budgets, mentor teams, ensure HACCP compliance, and lead innovation while delivering

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Executive Chef experience.
• Fine dining experience.
• Knowledge of ala carte and catering trends with focus on quality, production, sanitation, food cost controls and food presentation.
• Good knowledge of PC software and POS systems (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point).

Responsibilities

• Champion a culture of operational excellence across all culinary and dining services teams.
• Drive strategic initiatives to elevate resident dining experience and hospitality standards.
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute long-term food and beverage strategies.
• Ensure enterprise-wide compliance with health regulations and HACCP standards.
• Provide executive oversight of financial performance through budgets and cost management.
• Engage residents and gather feedback to improve dining experiences.
