Job summary

Christ Covenant is seeking an Events & Hospitality Manager to oversee church-wide events across all campuses, coordinate hospitality volunteer teams, and support the Director of Events and Hospitality.

You will work closely with Campus Ministry Coordinators and Deacon/Elder teams to execute events, manage daily hospitality tasks, decor, inventory, and procurement, and maintain alignment with the church's staff values.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3–4 years of events or hospitality experience.
• Demonstrates spiritual maturity and character consistent with church values.

Responsibilities

• Manages church-wide events across all campuses and coordinates related meetings.
• Oversees event and hospitality volunteer serve teams and collaboration with coordinators.
• Manages daily hospitality processes, inventory, decor, and procurement.
• Supports the Director of Events and Hospitality and related communications.
• Performs other duties and maintains relationships with staff, elders, and volunteers.
