Socket.dev in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Campus Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will be the face of our brand for university students and new graduates, owning the end-to-end internship experience and helping to build a strong engineering internship pipeline.

This 12-month contract with the possibility to go full-time focuses on internship program management, campus recruitment, and event coordination at university fairs and campus events.

Qualifications

• Exceptional communication skills for presenting to groups and engaging with students and partners.
• Outstanding organizational skills with managing data, schedules, and events.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and plan events in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Intern Program Management: manage hiring, onboarding, and day-to-day intern relations.
• Engineering Recruitment: source, screen, and recruit engineering interns/new grads.
• Event Coordination: plan and execute orientation, speaker series, social events, and final presentations.
• University Relations & Campus Recruiting: represent Socket.dev at career fairs and campus sessions.
