Job summary

This role oversees consultants and internal staff, manages the campus master plan, budgets, and staffing for the Engineering & Technical Services office, and coordinates with Facilities Management for commissioning and occupancy readiness.

Qualifications

• 15+ years facilities engineering/planning in industrial/institutional settings.
• 5+ years in technical supervisory capacity overseeing budgets and large construction.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, standards, and contract language.
• Ability to communicate with senior management and diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee capital projects from programming to occupancy.
• Lead consultant selection, contract development, and construction administration.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Develop campus master plan and manage budgets.
