• Washes pots, pans and trays; ensures complete cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate tools; ensures cleanliness.
• Keeps dish area orderly and complies with safety standards.
• Loads/unloads supplies and transfers between storage and work areas.
