Qualifications

• Knowledge of sanitation procedures, including basic food safety concepts.
• No related work experience required.

Responsibilities

• Washes dishes by hand or in a dishwashing machine.
• Cleans and sanitizes worktables, walls, refrigerators, and meat blocks.
• Sweeps, mops, cleans, and vacuums floors; removes trash.
• Cleans equipment with chemicals to meet sanitary standards.
• Restocks supplies such as soap, towels, and cleaning materials.
• Walks/stands for extended periods and lifts up to 50 pounds on occasion.
