Responsibilities

• Scrapes and rinses food from dishes and washes by hand or uses a dishwasher.
• Washes pots, pans and trays and ensures cleanliness and sanitation.
• Polishes silver using appropriate equipment while maintaining sanitation.
• Keeps dish area clean and follows safety procedures.
• Maintains temperatures and chemical levels per standards.
• Removes trash and transfers supplies between storage and work areas.
