Who You Are

You are a vibrant, hands‑on leader who brings energy into the building and keeps it there. You think ahead, plan strategically, and take initiative without waiting to be asked. When challenges come up, and in early learning they always do, you show up with solutions instead of excuses. You stay flexible, adapt quickly, and remain calm and friendly under pressure. You balance an inventive mind with practical, get‑it‑done judgment.

You have been in the classroom yourself, so you lead with credibility. You communicate clearly in person and in writing, you are comfortable giving a tour to a prospective family, and you know that excellent customer service is part of excellent education.

  • Lead, supervise, and coach our teacher‑leaders and support staff
