Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• At least 3 years 6th-12th grade teaching experience.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, manage and lead adults.
• Desire to grow in anti-racist education practices.

Responsibilities

• Coach and manage 12-15 teachers at the school site.
• Lead consistent, high-quality coaching aligned with DSST’s standards.
• Oversee the school’s assessment program and data analysis.
• Recruit and hire school faculty and support recruitment of new students.
