About the Role:

Educators of Beauty is looking for a dynamic and driven Campus Manager to lead our team in Peru, IL! In this hands‑on leadership role, you'll oversee daily campus operations while fostering a positive, productive environment for staff and students alike. What You'll Do:

Run day‑to‑day campus operations, balancing academics with financial performance. Hire, coach, and develop a team that supports student success. Manage the budget, resources, and facility needs. Keep the school compliant with accreditation and regulatory standards. Track retention and completion, and act early when those numbers need attention. Build relationships with local salons and spas who hire our graduates. Keep the campus clean, safe, and welcoming.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day campus operations to ensure a smooth, efficient, and professional environment
• Lead, mentor, and manage campus staff to drive performance and team morale
• Monitor student progress and ensure compliance with curriculum and educational standards
• Coordinate scheduling, enrollment, and administrative processes
• Maintain campus facilities, equipment, and inventory to uphold company standards
• Build and maintain relationships with students, staff, and community partners
• Ensure adherence to state licensing regulations and accreditation requirements

Requirements:

5-8 years of combined work and leadership experience — salon management, retail management, regional oversight, or school leadership all count. A track record of managing a team and hitting operational goals. Sales or business development background is a plus. Bonus if you've worked in post‑secondary education, accreditation/compliance, or admissions. Strong communication and presentation skills. Vocational diploma, Associate's, or Bachelor's degree preferred.

• Previous experience in campus management, education administration, or a related leadership role
• Background in the beauty, cosmetology, or vocational education industry preferred
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast‑paced environment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with staff and students
• Familiarity with state licensing and regulatory compliance for beauty schools
• Proficiency in administrative software and basic reporting tools
• Self-motivated leader with a passion for student success and team development
