Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a dedicated utility worker for an onsite Chicago, IL role. You will oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks to ensure timely completion, contributing to a clean and safe dining environment for students and staff.

Responsibilities include cleaning floors and dining areas, restocking supplies, waste disposal, inventory receiving, and sanitizing dishes and equipment. Prior foodservice or maintenance experience is a plus, and full benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Able to use safe operating procedures and sound judgement.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.
• Restocking supplies in the dining area.
• Removal and proper disposal of waste.
• Receiving and stocking inventory.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.
