Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a dedicated utility worker at Carolina University to support sanitation operations and meal service. The role involves cleaning floors and tables, restocking dining areas, and ensuring waste is removed properly, while coordinating inventory and dishroom sanitation.

The ideal candidate will follow safe procedures, work well independently and with others, and may have prior foodservice or maintenance experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in foodservice or maintenance is preferred.
• Ability to follow safe operating procedures and use sound judgement.
• Capable of working independently as well as in a team.

Responsibilities

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.
• Restocking supplies in the dining area.
• Removal and proper disposal of waste.
• Receiving and stocking inventory.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.
