Job summary

Elior Collegiate Dining is seeking a skilled utility worker to oversee sanitation operations and coordinate tasks for timely completion. You will care for and clean dining areas, restock supplies, dispose of waste, and manage inventory while ensuring cleanliness of dishes and equipment.

Prior foodservice experience is a plus; candidate should follow SOPs, work well solo or in a team, and demonstrate sound judgment and reliability in a college dining environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to follow safe operating procedures and maintain sanitation.
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in foodservice is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Caring for and cleaning floors and table areas.
• Restocking supplies in the dining area.
• Removal and proper disposal of waste.
• Receiving and stocking inventory.
• Cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing dishes, utensils, cooking equipment, the dish room, and other equipment.
