Job summary

Chartwells Higher Ed is hiring a Food Unit Lead for Northern Kentucky University in Highland Heights, KY. The role is full-time, Monday through Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm, with an hourly pay range of $15.00 to $18.00. Prior food service and supervisory experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides quality customer service by giving one-on-one attention to detail.
• Oversees and participates in the preparation and service of food and beverages in line with company standards.
• Helps plan menus.
• Ensures timely, efficient meal service; supervises serving of meals.
• Trains employees; assigns and coordinates work to promote efficiency and excellence in food and service.
• Determines work procedures, prepares schedules and expedites workflow.
