Job summary

Notre Dame Hospitality at Duncan Student Center, Notre Dame, IN, seeks temporary on-call Retail Associates for Chick‑Fil‑A and Hagerty Café.

You will deliver friendly, fast service in a high-volume campus dining environment, follow brand training, handle food preparation, stocking, POS operations, and maintain safety standards during home football games and events.

Schedule: 11AM-9PM; Pay Rate: $17.50/hr; Equal Opportunity Employer, respecting Notre Dame's Catholic identity.

Qualifications

Availability to work during home football games.
Capable of managing time effectively with minimal supervision.
Positive, respectful, excellent communication and listening skills.
Ability to maintain a standing position for extended periods of time (up to 6 hours).
Follow food safety procedures for handling, storing, and serving food products.

Responsibilities

Accurately follow the daily production lists per Chick‑Fil‑A brand training.
Prepare food.
Stock and load vans for deliveries.
Prep upcoming orders/work in a high volume quick service location.
Wash dishes, and maintain eating areas within unit.
Perform all tasks relating to retail, safety and sanitation of food service facilities.
Assist guests and exceed expectations while working at a fast-paced dining establishment.
Assist with preparation of food as needed.
Stock and rotation of food inventories.
Operate order and point of sale equipment.
