Job summary

University of Notre Dame Operations, Events, and Safety (UOES) is seeking a Retail Associate for Gipper's at Campus Dining. This role involves delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced, multi-unit dining setting and requires adherence to safety and sanitation standards.

The position supports 2nd & 3rd shift operations, with pay rate of $17.50 per hour and on-call scheduling. Prior food service experience is preferred, with opportunities to work evenings and weekends on campus.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 6 hours).
• Knowledge of basic food safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced campus dining environment.
• Assist with food preparation as needed.
• Stock and rotate food inventories to ensure freshness and safety.
• Operate order and POS equipment accurately.
• Follow brand standards and maintain clean, orderly units.
• Keep dishes clean and maintain sanitation of facilities.
