Job summary

Sodexo in Lafayette, LA seeks a General Manager to lead a large campus dining program serving 3,500 resident meals daily and overseeing 300 frontline staff and 7 managers. You will drive service excellence, quality, and compliance across multiple brands and venues.

Reporting to the Resident District Manager, you’ll manage financial performance, build client partnerships, and shape strategic initiatives to grow the operation while empowering your team through strong leadership and accountability.

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Management experience: 5 years.
• Related experience: 4–5 years.

Responsibilities

• Oversee large-scale food service operations across one or more sites, ensuring service excellence, quality, and compliance.
• Guide teams, manage financial performance, and cultivate client partnerships while driving strategic initiatives.
• Lead team development, performance reviews, and hire/fire decisions in alignment with company policy.
