UNT Champs Dining in Denton is seeking a Front Desk Associate to provide friendly guest service, process transactions, and support daily operations at UNT Dining Services.

This part-time, hourly position (0.48 FTE) requires dependable individuals with strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to work with guests in a fast-paced dining environment. Work hours vary by dining location, Monday through Friday 10:00 AM–3:00 PM as a typical schedule.

Qualifications

• Demonstrates strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to accurately process transactions and maintain a clean work area.
• Dependable, follows instructions, and works independently or with a team.
• Able to perform light physical duties and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests entering the dining area.
• Process customer transactions accurately and provide professional service.
• Perform light cleaning and maintain an orderly desk/work area.
• Maintain organization of logo bin and office supplies.
• Assist with general operational duties to support Champs Dining.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
