Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or at least one year of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Prepares cold food items per established recipes and portion sizes.
• Maintains clean and sanitary dishroom, kitchen equipment, servery and related areas.
• Supports cleaning, HACCP compliance, and proper storage practices; FIFO policies.
