Job summary

Talladega College's campus dining facility, operated by Thompson Hospitality, is seeking a Food Service Worker who contributes to food preparation, customer service, and a clean, welcoming dining experience for students, faculty, and staff.

You will follow recipes and safety standards, assist with stocking, and support a fast-paced team while delivering friendly service. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and background checks may be required.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items following recipes and portion sizes for consistent quality and timely service.
• Provide exceptional customer service, taking orders, answering inquiries, and addressing concerns.
• Maintain dining, kitchen, and serving area cleanliness following safety standards.
• Assist with receiving, organizing, and stocking supplies and equipment.
• Follow food safety and health regulations and cooperate with team members to ensure smooth dining operations.
