• Advises management of purchasing requirements with a focus on minimizing waste and avoiding shortages.
• Uses approved recipes and production standards to ensure quality, serving temperatures and portion control.
• Operates and cleans equipment following department procedures.
• Maintains proper food rotations and follows food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assists with serving meals and gathers customer feedback.
